How does the free trial work?

Enter your payment details at checkout and every Pro feature is yours for 7 days. Nothing is charged today. Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing. Otherwise it continues on the plan you picked. One trial per account.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Cancel from the billing portal and you keep Pro until the end of the month or year you paid for.

What happens to my extra cards if I cancel?

Nothing is deleted. Your first card stays live on the free plan, and extra cards are paused until you upgrade again.

Does my QR code stop working if I cancel?

No. Your QR code never expires. If you cancel Pro, a branded QR goes back to the plain black-and-white design and keeps opening your card.

What happens to my email signature banner if I cancel?

It stops showing under your emails, including ones you already sent, and its link goes to ProIntro instead. The rest of your signature keeps working. Upgrade again and the banner comes back without re-pasting.

Do my tracked signature links stop working if I cancel?

No. They keep going where they did, and clicks keep counting. Upgrade again to see them.

What happens to my contacts if I cancel?

You keep every contact you saved and can still export them as a CSV. New ones from your card past the first three per card stay hidden until you upgrade again, and scans go back to three a month.

Do the people I share with need an account or app?

No. Your card is a web page. Anyone can open it, save you to contacts, or scan the QR code.

Is there an annual plan?

Yes. Pro is $59/yr, which works out to $4.92/mo and saves 30% over paying $6.99/mo.
