What goes on your name card
A virtual background is an image your meeting app shows behind you in place of your real room. A good one also tells people who you are and gives them a way to reach you after the call.
- Name, title and company
- People forget names fast. With yours on screen nobody has to ask twice, and late joiners know who's talking.
- A QR code that works on camera
- Link it to your LinkedIn, your website or a booking page. It's big and high-contrast, so a phone can scan it straight off a video call.

01Are these Teams and Zoom backgrounds really free?
Yes. Every background in the gallery is free to customize and download, with your name, title, company, logo and QR code, and you don't need an account. Free downloads carry a small "Made with ProIntro" line on the name card. ProIntro Pro ($2.99/mo) removes it.
02What size is a Teams or Zoom virtual background?
Your download is a 1920×1080 PNG. That's the standard 16:9 HD size and the best resolution for a Teams background. It fills the frame in Microsoft Teams, Zoom and Google Meet without stretching or black bars.
03Why does the text on my background look backwards?
Most meeting apps flip your own video so it feels like a mirror. Only your preview is flipped. Everyone else in the call sees your name and QR code the right way round. In Zoom you can turn this off with the Mirror my video setting.
04Can people really scan the QR code during a call?
Yes. The QR code is large with strong contrast, so a phone camera can read it off a laptop screen. If people often join on a small screen or a bad connection, pick the Large card size.
05What should my QR code link to?
Anything you want people to open after the call: your LinkedIn profile, your website, a calendar booking link or a ProIntro digital business card. If you have a ProIntro card, its link fills in for you.
06Is my information stored anywhere?
No. The background maker runs in your browser. Your name, logo and link stay on your device so you can come back and edit, and the image is made there too. Nothing is uploaded unless you sign in and save it to a ProIntro card.
07Can I use a photo of my own office?
Yes, and it's free. Upload any photo, like your real office or your company's lobby. It's cropped to fit, and your name card and QR code go on top.
08Does it work with other video apps?
