How to add a fall background in Teams, Zoom and Google Meet

Microsoft Teams

  1. 1In a meeting, open More (···) and choose Video effects. Before joining, use Effects and avatars on the join screen.
  2. 2Under Backgrounds, pick Add new and choose the downloaded PNG.
  3. 3Select your background and hit Apply.

Zoom

  1. 1Open Zoom settings and go to Backgrounds & effects.
  2. 2Under Virtual backgrounds, click + and choose Add image.
  3. 3Pick the downloaded PNG. It stays selected for every meeting.

Google Meet

  1. 1In a call, open More options (⋮) and choose Backgrounds and effects.
  2. 2Under Backgrounds, click + to upload a background image.
  3. 3Pick the downloaded PNG and it applies straight away.

Text looks backwards in your own preview? That's your camera's mirror view. Everyone else sees it the right way round.

Questions about fall backgrounds

01Will a busy autumn background distract people?

Not much, and you can turn it down. The editor has a blur slider that softens the background so your face and name card stand out.

02Are these fall backgrounds free?

Yes. Every fall background is free to customize and download with your name, title, company, logo and QR code, and you don't need an account. Free downloads carry a small "Made with ProIntro" line on the name card. ProIntro Pro ($2.99/mo) removes it.

03What size are the backgrounds?

Every download is a 1920×1080 PNG, the standard 16:9 HD size. It fills the frame in Microsoft Teams, Zoom and Google Meet without stretching or black bars.

04Why does the text look backwards in my preview?

Meeting apps mirror your own video. Only your preview is flipped. Everyone else sees your name and QR code the right way round.
